How Howdy House Company handles information about your property inquiry.

Information you provide
When you contact Howdy House Company about a property, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, property address, message and contact preferences. We use it to respond to your inquiry, review a possible purchase and keep related business records. Please do not submit identification numbers, banking records or private tenant information through these forms.
Website and communication services
Our website is hosted by Carrot. Website inquiries are processed through HighLevel/LeadConnector. Communication services, including Sendblue where used, help us respond to inquiries. These providers process information needed to provide services on our behalf. Website and form services may also process technical information, such as browser, device and connection information, and use cookies or similar storage to operate, measure and protect their services. Your browser lets you manage cookies and site storage; blocking them may affect site features.
Address carryover
When you enter an address in a website offer prompt and continue, the site temporarily stores that address in your browser tab to carry it to the Offer form. The handoff expires after 15 minutes. The address is sent in the embedded form’s loading URL to HighLevel/LeadConnector and may appear in its technical logs before you press Submit. The address is not placed in the website’s visible URL. Continuing to the form does not submit an inquiry. A confirmation appears after the form provider accepts your submission.
Your contact choice
Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messages. The contact-consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If you opt in, messages concern your property inquiry. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP to request help, or call (512) 367-0310. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry.
Mobile information and sharing
We do not sell mobile information or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information to support communications on our behalf. We may disclose information when needed to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety.
Records and requests
We keep inquiry records while needed to respond, manage a potential or completed transaction, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and honor contact preferences.
